How can I book in?
To book in you can either contact our artists directly, or you can send an email to lunanovaenquiries@gmail.com
For tattoos, please include a brief description of your tattoo, along with the size (in CM), placement and reference images. Please also include the days and times that work best for you.
For piercings please include the name of the piercing you would like along with your availability.
How should I prepare for my tattoo/piercing?
Tattoos: please avoid alcohol and drugs 48 hours prior to your appointment, it is important to inform your artist prior to your appointment if you are on any blood thinning medications. please ensure you have a good meal an hour prior to your appointment and have a good nights sleep. Some tattoo appointments may take a few hours or more so it is important to bring something to keep you occupied and also a drink or snack. if you have had any reactions to dyes or tattoo inks in the past please inform your artist.
Piercings: please avoid alcohol or drugs 48 hours prior to your appointment, it is important to inform your piercer prior to your appointment if you are on any blood thinning medications. Please ensure you have a good meal an hour prior to your appointment, do not have a full meal right before your appointment. If you have not eaten within four hours, or have eaten just before your piercing we may not be able to go ahead with the procedure. if you have a history with fainting around needles please inform your piercer. As a standard, we will use surgical titanium jewelry in all piercings, however if you have ever had any reactions to metals in the past please inform your piercer.
What is your cancellation policy?
All appointments will require a non-refundable deposit, unless they are booked in the same day. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment otherwise your deposit will be lost and not usable. If you have an illness or emergency after the 24 hour limit has past please let us know and we may be able to make an exception. If you 'no show' to your appointment without informing us your deposit will be lost and not usable. If given sufficient notice your deposit will be kept and can be used to reschedule your appointment.
Deposits will not be refunded if you cancel your appointment unless you have extenuating circumstances.
