It is also a lovely option for someone who enjoys piercing jewellery, is planning a curated ear or would like to choose their next jewellery upgrade themselves.
Whether they already know exactly what they want or are still dreaming up the idea, a Luna Nova voucher gives them the freedom to choose.
What Can Gift Vouchers Be Used For?
Gift vouchers may be used towards tattoo appointments, piercing appointments, piercing jewellery, jewellery upgrades or as a contribution towards a larger booking.
The recipient can contact the studio when they are ready to use their voucher, and we can help them choose the right artist, piercing or jewellery option.
How It Works
Choose the value of your gift voucher and purchase it through Studio Luna Nova via email or in-store.
When the recipient is ready to book, they can contact us directly and let us know that they have a Luna Nova gift voucher.
We may ask for the voucher details in order to confirm that it is valid before or during redemption.
If the appointment or purchase costs more than the voucher value, the remaining balance can simply be paid separately.
Voucher Redemption & Privacy
Gift vouchers are treated as a form of payment.
How to redeem your voucher:
your voucher will have a QR code on it, which you can scan with your camera. This will take you to our link tree where you can check our our work and the services that we offer
Once you have had a browse and decided what to use the voucher for, please email us with your enquiry, dont forget to let us know that you have a vocuher to use! see how to book a tattoo or how to book a piercing.
On the day of your appoitnemnt you must remember to bring the voucher along with you, otherwise we will be unable to redeem it.
When a voucher is redeemed, we may ask for the voucher details or other information required to verify that it is valid. For privacy and security, Studio Luna Nova will not disclose information about another client’s appointments, attendance, purchases or personal circumstances when checking or redeeming a voucher.

Gift Voucher Terms
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Vouchers may be used towards eligible tattoo appointments, piercing appointments or jewellery purchases at Studio Luna Nova.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be transferred to another person, but the studio may ask for the voucher details before redemption in order to confirm that the voucher is valid.
If the total cost of the appointment or purchase is higher than the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid separately.
If the full value of the voucher is not used during one visit, any remaining balance may be retained for future use until the original expiry date, where supported by the studio’s voucher system.
Appointments remain subject to availability, age requirements, suitability and the relevant tattoo or piercing booking policies.
Lost or damaged vouchers should be reported to the studio. Replacement may only be possible where the original purchase can be verified.
